Business Development Specialist – Field Sales

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Business Development Specialist to drive customer acquisition for CargoX’s on‑demand logistics services. The role is field‑based, requiring frequent visits to prospects across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 20–25+ meaningful customer visits/meetings per day.
• Identify and prospect potential business customers through field visits, market research, referrals and digital tools.
• Introduce and demonstrate CargoX’s logistics services and mobile application.
• Acquire new customers, drive app downloads/registrations and convert prospects into active users.
• Provide structured daily feedback on objections, market trends and competitor activity.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM and Google Sheets and achieve acquisition targets.

Required profile

• Previous field sales, business development or merchant acquisition experience.
• Strong spoken English and Hindi; Arabic is a plus.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid UAE driving licence.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and comfortable with high‑volume field activity.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools for research and productivity.
• Experience using CRM systems and Google Sheets.
• Ability to demonstrate mobile applications to customers.
