Business Development Specialist

About the role

The Business Development Specialist will drive growth by managing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and supporting the sales strategy for Fine Hygienic Holding in the UAE market. The role combines customer‑facing activities with data‑driven sales execution.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow client relationships through regular follow‑ups, site visits, and acting as the primary point of contact.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, demonstrate products and services, and meet sales targets.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer database, ensuring consistent communication and retention strategies.
• Execute sales strategies aligned with departmental goals to secure supply agreements and increase market share.
• Handle customer complaints promptly, ensuring resolution in line with company policies.
• Measure customer satisfaction regularly and take actions to improve client relationships.
• Submit invoices accurately and manage collections to secure timely payments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in facility management, HORECA, or services sectors.
• Proven track record of managing corporate client relationships and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of facility management industry trends and customer needs.
• Familiarity with B2B sales processes, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using CRM systems.
