Business Development Specialist - Luxury Residential Projects

About the role

Al Khayyat Investments (AKI) is looking for a Business Development Specialist to drive growth of its premium fitness and wellness brands within luxury residential projects. The role sits in the Fitness Division and focuses on high‑end developments, private estates and bespoke home wellness spaces across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Specification Leadership – collaborate with Tier‑1 interior designers, fit‑out contractors and luxury developers to embed AKI’s fitness and wellness solutions into project specifications early.
• Relationship Infrastructure – build and maintain a strong network of developers, contractors and design firms, positioning AKI as the preferred consultative partner for custom home wellness projects.
• Pipeline Management – monitor residential project lifecycles from concept through design, negotiation and installation, ensuring timely delivery and commercial success.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven success in project‑based sales, key‑account or specification sales.
• Background in luxury building materials, high‑end lighting, home automation, premium furniture or fit‑out channels.
• Established relationships with developers, contractors and interior design firms active in premium residential projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Consultative, mobile mindset with the ability to interpret architectural timelines and design concepts.
