Business Development Specialist – Restaurant Partnerships

About the role
We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive the growth of noon Food’s Dine Out platform in the UAE. You will lead the acquisition and activation of restaurant partners, helping to make the service the go‑to destination for dining out.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, pitch, negotiate and close high‑potential restaurant partnerships.
- Manage a portfolio of active partners to maximise performance and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and activation of new partners.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Track sales performance and prepare analytical reports using MS Excel to support commercial decisions.
- Represent noon professionally in the market and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in sales, partnerships or account growth, preferably within hospitality, hotels or F&B.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong negotiation, closing and relationship‑management abilities.
- Target‑driven mindset with the ability to work independently and across teams.
