Business Intelligence Developer (Power BI & MicroStrategy)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Developer with strong expertise in Power BI and MicroStrategy to design, develop, and deliver Business Intelligence solutions that support business reporting and decision‑making. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of data modelling, reporting architecture, dashboard development, and BI best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement and maintain BI solutions using Power BI and MicroStrategy.
• Create interactive dashboards, reports, scorecards and management information solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, user‑friendly BI artefacts.
• Develop and maintain semantic layers, datasets, dimensions, metrics and reporting structures.
• Design and maintain enterprise data models, including star and snowflake schemas.
• Ensure data consistency, accuracy and integrity across reporting platforms.
• Collaborate with data engineering and technology teams to support data integration.
• Engage with business stakeholders, conduct workshops and support user acceptance testing.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, financial services or large‑scale organisations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant Power BI or Business Intelligence certifications are a plus.
