Business Manager – CASE

About the role

Brenntag is looking for a Business Manager to lead its CASE (Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants, and Elastomers) sales activities in Jafza, Dubai. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and developing new business opportunities within the paints, coatings, inks, adhesives, and construction chemicals sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and annual revenue targets in the coatings and construction chemicals market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with customers, manufacturers, and end‑users.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
• Provide technical sales support, including product recommendations, formulation coordination, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies.
• Collaborate with client R&D and supply‑chain teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management decision‑making.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supply agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies and QSHE standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
• 10–12 years of sales experience in chemical raw materials, specifically for paints, coatings, adhesives, and construction chemicals in the UAE/GCC region.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to travel within the UAE.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of resins, solvents, additives, and pigments used in coatings and construction chemicals.
• Technical sales support and formulation expertise.
