Business Manager

About the role

The Business Manager will act as the right‑hand to the Chairman & CEO, providing strategic support, performance analysis and governance oversight across a diversified portfolio of operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Chairman & CEO with strategic reviews, KPI tracking and financial reporting.
• Ensure strong accountability, business measurement and continuity of operations.
• Optimize processes and conduct commercial reviews of internal entities and external partners/vendors.
• Manage event planning, logistics and the rollout of corporate policies in partnership with HR.
• Develop and maintain standardized reporting tools, delivering performance‑based reports and KPI commentary.

Required profile

• Finance and operations professional with commercial acumen and strategic vision.
• Proven experience in the UAE market, preferably within real‑estate or investment sectors.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels and across departments.
• Strong analytical capabilities for MIS reporting and strategic financial reviews.
• Understanding of HR policy, operational procedures and corporate governance.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
