Business Process Lead - SAP Transformation & Operations

About the role

Dautom, an IT consulting partner, is recruiting a Business Process Lead for a client in Al Ain, UAE. The role assesses current business operations, identifies process changes needed to align with SAP, and ensures future processes are practical and executable. SAP S/4HANA implementation experience is mandatory. Immediate joiners only; the contract is 12 months renewable.

Key responsibilities

• Review business process blueprints across all functions and conduct on-ground assessments of plants, farms, logistics and finance, identifying gaps between current operations and SAP-aligned processes.
• Validate that designed processes are practical and executable, and challenge SAP designs that do not fit business reality.
• Drive standardization across functions such as production, procurement and logistics, eliminating manual workarounds and defining clear workflows aligned with SAP.
• Work with business owners to validate process changes and gain ownership of new processes within business teams.
• Prepare processes for UAT, define business scenarios and confirm that business users can execute them independently of system training.

Required profile

• SAP S/4HANA implementation experience (mandatory).
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG or agriculture environments.
• Ability to assess and redesign operational workflows, and to challenge and influence business stakeholders.
