Modern Workplace & Endpoint Engineer

About the role

ARMIS is seeking a Modern Workplace & Endpoint Engineer to join its Al Ain office. You will administer, support, and optimise Microsoft 365 services, endpoint devices and core infrastructure while providing hands‑on assistance to end users.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support the Microsoft 365 environment, including Entra ID, Intune and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Manage endpoint devices via Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM) and maintain hybrid on‑premises/cloud infrastructures.
• Handle identity and access management, Active Directory and Windows Server administration.
• Respond to end‑user service requests, troubleshoot issues across endpoints, Microsoft 365 and related infrastructure.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud and security teams to ensure service stability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Strong organisational abilities, capable of working independently and within a team.
• Proactive attitude, continuous‑improvement mindset and fluency in English.
• Availability to work full‑time on‑site in Al Ain, directly with end users and local IT teams.

Required skills

• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Experience in Active Directory and Windows Server administration.
• Understanding of endpoint management, hybrid IT environments and Microsoft infrastructure.
• Solid troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
