Business Procurement Manager

About the role

Air Arabia is seeking an experienced Business Procurement Manager to lead end‑to‑end sourcing activities across its assigned categories. You will be responsible for developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier performance and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute RFQs, tenders, techno‑commercial evaluations, negotiations and contract awards.
• Develop and implement category and sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and cost‑optimization targets.
• Monitor procurement KPIs, supplier performance, market trends and commercial risks, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Oversee the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, execution, amendments, renewals and close‑out.
• Act as the primary escalation point for contractual issues, disputes and supplier non‑performance.
• Maintain effective supplier relationships while driving competitive tension and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of procurement experience, covering both direct and indirect spend.
• Proven ability to lead complex commercial negotiations and manage large‑scale sourcing projects.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, supplier risk management and procurement governance.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder‑management skills.
