Business Setup Advisor

About the role

We are seeking motivated Business Setup Advisors to join our growing team in Dubai. The role involves advising entrepreneurs, investors, HNIs and international clients on establishing and expanding their businesses across Mainland, Freezone and DIFC structures.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on UAE business setup options, including Mainland, Freezones and DIFC.
• Recommend suitable jurisdictions, business activities and ownership structures based on client requirements.
• Guide clients through company formation, licensing, regulatory requirements and documentation.
• Support clients with corporate banking, KYC/AML, tax and compliance coordination.
• Manage end‑to‑end formation process with internal teams (PRO, compliance, banking, tax).
• Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, HNIs and international clients.
• Generate business through consultative selling and achieve sales targets.
• Identify opportunities for additional services such as accounting, tax, audit, banking and office solutions.

Required profile

• Freshers or candidates with 2–3+ years of UAE business setup consultancy experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in sales and business consulting with a target‑oriented attitude.
• Professional personality and willingness to learn the UAE business setup industry.
• Russian language skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of UAE Mainland & Freezone company formation.
• Understanding of DIFC structures and regulations.
• Familiarity with business activities, licensing requirements and UAE corporate tax compliance.
