Business Setup Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, client‑focused Business Setup Advisor to guide entrepreneurs, investors and companies through establishing and expanding their businesses in the UAE. You will manage the end‑to‑end client journey, from initial consultation to successful business setup.

Key responsibilities

• Consult prospective clients to understand their activities, objectives, ownership structure and investment requirements.
• Advise on suitable mainland, free‑zone and offshore setup options and explain licensing, visa and corporate structure requirements.
• Prepare customized proposals, quotations and convert leads into clients through effective consultation and negotiation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, government authorities, free‑zone authorities, banks, PRO teams and other service providers to facilitate company formation.
• Collect, verify and ensure completeness of client documentation and maintain regular communication throughout the setup process.
• Identify opportunities for additional services such as visa processing, corporate banking, accounting, tax, PRO, insurance and other business support.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities and sales activities in the CRM and achieve individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in UAE business setup, company formation, corporate services, real estate, banking or a consultative sales role.
• Strong understanding of UAE mainland and free‑zone business setup processes.
• Proven sales experience with lead conversion and target achievement.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
