Business Setup Consultant – Immediate Joiner

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Setup Consultant to join our UAE team immediately. You will act as the primary sales driver for our company formation services, guiding clients through the entire setup journey.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads and convert them into business‑setup opportunities.
• Advise clients on Mainland, Freezone, and Offshore company formation options in the UAE.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial consultation to contract signing.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay up‑to‑date with UAE business‑setup regulations and market trends.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of proven experience in UAE business setup or related sales roles.
• Strong knowledge of Freezone and Mainland company formation processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client‑management skills.
• Track record of achieving sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
