Business Setup Consultant

About the role

Noble Core Ventures is seeking a Business Setup Consultant to guide entrepreneurs through the end‑to‑end process of establishing companies in the UAE. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients choose the optimal jurisdiction, license type and structure while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients across UAE and international markets.
• Provide consultation on mainland, free‑zone and offshore business setup options.
• Explain pricing, procedures, timelines and required documentation to clients.
• Manage leads, follow‑ups and keep the CRM updated consistently.
• Coordinate with PRO and operations teams for document collection, government submissions and visa processing.
• Maintain strong client relationships to support renewals, upsell services and generate referrals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Represent Noble Core professionally in calls, meetings and events.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in UAE business setup or related sales roles (e.g., banking, insurance, real estate).
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive, target‑driven and comfortable working under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Familiarity with UAE licensing, free zones and compliance processes is preferred.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools, preferably Zoho.
