Business Setup Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Setup Manager to guide entrepreneurs, investors and corporates through the UAE’s complex company formation landscape. The role combines strategic advisory, end‑to‑end setup management and consultative selling to help clients choose the optimal jurisdiction and structure for their long‑term business and tax objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor, recommending Mainland, Freezone or DIFC jurisdictions based on client goals.
• Map client business activities to the correct licensing authorities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Design and manage DIFC holding structures, family wealth arrangements and cross‑border expansion plans.
• Oversee the full company formation lifecycle, coordinating with PRO, compliance, banking and tax teams.
• Support clients in corporate bank account opening and KYC/AML preparation.
• Convert qualified leads into clients through consultative selling and upsell complementary services such as accounting, tax and audit.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in UAE business‑setup consultancy or related advisory services.
• Proven track record of advising HNI clients and international investors.
• Strong understanding of UAE corporate tax, licensing regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to close high‑value deals and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of UAE Mainland and Freezone licensing procedures.
• Expertise in DIFC company structures, holding companies and family office setups.
• Familiarity with UAE corporate tax regulations and KYC/AML requirements.
