About the role
The Business Solutions Partner – Supply Chain at SARA Group bridges field teams with smart technology and clean processes. You will spend time in warehouses, procurement offices and logistics operations to ensure ERP, PIM and other supply‑chain systems reflect real‑world work. This role drives improvements across procurement, inbound logistics, inventory, warehousing and product data while supporting the ERP modernization journey.
Key responsibilities
- Build strong partnerships with Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse and Finance teams.
- Observe workflows on‑site, map processes, identify pain points and translate them into system or process improvements.
- Provide hands‑on support to help teams fully leverage existing tools and adopt new enhancements.
- Act as functional partner and product owner for ERP supply‑chain and procurement modules, PIM, warehouse technologies and related tools.
- Ensure seamless flows between procurement, logistics, inventory and warehouse operations with a focus on data quality and efficiency.
- Document current‑state challenges, define future‑state processes and prepare teams for ERP modernization.
- Lead workshops, process‑mapping sessions and structured requirements meetings to turn operational challenges into actionable improvements.
- Deliver training and coaching for new joiners and existing staff, supported by SOPs, field manuals and quick‑reference guides.
- Promote consistent, accurate system usage and reinforce best practices across all operations.
- Lead and support supply‑chain initiatives, ensuring clear requirements, testing cycles, timelines and smooth roll‑outs.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply‑chain, procurement, logistics or related fields.
- Proven ability to work on‑site, observe and map processes.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
- Experience acting as a functional partner or product owner for ERP or similar systems.
- Ability to lead workshops, training sessions and change‑management activities.
