Butler

About the role

The Butler will provide personalized, high‑end service to guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable. This role involves direct interaction with guests, coordination with hotel departments, and meticulous attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests and give a detailed orientation of their rooms and facilities.
• Coordinate room service, food and beverage delivery, and removal of used items.
• Assist housekeeping in maintaining room standards and ensure rooms are serviced to required quality.
• Maintain guests' personal items, clothing, and wardrobes in a clean, neat fashion.
• Handle valet requirements, perform simple pressing of clothing, and manage luggage packing/unpacking.
• Keep the Butler’s pantry clean and orderly, maintain stock and charge in‑suite bars.
• Provide local information, make bookings and reservations, and support other areas such as restaurant, reception, and maintenance as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, preferably Butler services or hospitality operations.
• Supervisory experience in a five‑star hotel or luxury resort is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English; additional languages such as Russian, Turkish or Arabic are a plus.
• Well‑groomed, guest‑oriented, and committed to the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
