Butler – Luxury Guest Services

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an experienced Butler to join its Butler Services team for a future luxury resort opening in 2027. The role focuses on delivering discreet, high‑touch service to VIP guests, ensuring every aspect of their stay exceeds expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome VIP guests, provide luggage assistance, and conduct suite orientations.
• Prepare VIP suites to luxury and Forbes standards, perform pre‑arrival checks, and maintain stocked pantries.
• Handle guest requests, reservations, and preferences with accuracy and elegance.
• Support in‑room dining, recommend resort dining options, and ensure timely, well‑presented service.
• Coordinate guest departures, manage bell service, and perform final suite checks.
• Resolve guest concerns discreetly and collaborate with all departments for seamless service.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and sustainability protocols.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hospitality or luxury guest service experience in a 5‑star environment, including at least 3 years in VIP services.
• Fluent in at least two languages.
• Trustworthy, discreet, reliable, and confident with a polished, guest‑focused demeanor.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and composure under pressure.
