Butler – Luxury Hotel Service Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Butler to lead our dedicated butler team within an avant‑garde luxury hotel collection. The successful candidate will ensure every guest receives personalized, flawless service while upholding the brand’s high standards of elegance and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of the butler team.
• Deliver seamless, high‑touch service experiences to all guests.
• Mentor and train butlers on service standards, guest preferences, and luxury protocols.
• Liaise with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to guarantee efficient guest service.
• Maintain detailed service logs, monitor team performance, and report on guest satisfaction.
• Implement sustainable practices and ensure compliance with ESG, CSR, health‑safety, ISO, and food‑safety regulations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training preferred.
• Previous experience as a senior butler or in a supervisory hospitality role.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Commitment to delivering luxury‑level service and upholding brand standards.
