About the role
The Butler Runner supports the Executive Butler team in delivering seamless, luxury‑level service to guests. This role moves throughout the property, handling guest requests, supplies, and operational tasks to ensure memorable experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver on‑call guest requests, including flowers, balloons, amenities, and special items.
- Coordinate pressing, laundry, and signature wake‑up beverage services.
- Assist with setup and clearance of signature bath rituals.
- Conduct daily inventory checks of operational supplies and guest amenities, replenishing as needed.
- Collect, check, store, and replenish reusable service items after guest departures, following lost‑and‑found procedures.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality operations, guest services, housekeeping, food & beverage, valet, or related field preferred.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
