Butler / Waiter – VVIP Private Estate (Amman, Jordan)

About the role

The client seeks a professional Butler/Waiter to deliver premium food & beverage service for a VVIP private estate in Amman. You will create a seamless, discreet experience for the family and their guests while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Execute a full range of F&B services, ensuring impeccable dining experiences.
• Maintain order in dining areas and the Butler pantry, adhering to strict food safety policies.
• Anticipate guest needs by discreetly scanning the environment and providing timely service.
• Prepare and present menus, explain dishes, and coordinate beverage service including coffees, teas, juices and mocktails.
• Manage logistics such as gift coordination and non‑traditional Butler duties while preserving confidentiality.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Hotel, Hospitality or Business Management (preferred).
• Certification from a recognized Butler school (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Butler in a 5‑star establishment.
• Proven experience serving VVIP clients with a passion for luxury service.

Required skills

• Advanced food and culinary knowledge.
• Beverage preparation expertise (coffee, tea, juices, mocktails).
• Operation of a Butler’s pantry.
• Logistics and gift coordination.
• Sanitation, cleanliness and hygiene standards.

• USD 1,000 monthly salary (tax payable in Jordan).
• Two‑year fixed‑term contract with annual bonus.
