Cabin Crew Role – Flight Attendant

About the role

Join Emirates as a cabin crew member and become the friendly face that passengers rely on throughout their journey. You will work in a dynamic, multicultural environment, delivering exceptional service while prioritising safety on board our aircraft.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure passenger safety and compliance with all security and safety procedures.
• Provide high‑quality in‑flight service, including meals, beverages and assistance.
• Manage emergency situations calmly and efficiently, following Emirates’ training protocols.
• Maintain cabin cleanliness and readiness for each flight.
• Assist passengers with special needs and address any concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year experience in hospitality or customer service.
• High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Height at least 160 cm and able to reach 212 cm on tip‑toes.
• No visible tattoos while in uniform.
• Willingness to be based in Dubai and meet UAE employment visa requirements.
• Positive attitude, cultural awareness and ability to work in a team.

Required skills

What we offer

• Fixed basic salary of AED 4,980 per month.
• Flying pay of AED 69.60 per hour (average 80‑100 hours/month).
• Overseas meal allowance credited monthly.
• Company‑provided hotel accommodation and transport to/from the airport.
