Cabin Services Assistant

About the role

The Cabin Services Assistant ensures the A380 Shower Spa and cabin areas are spotless, hygienic and personalised for First Class passengers. Working under the Purser, you will support the overall cabin image and safety standards on Emirates flights.

Key responsibilities

• Control inventory of products and ensure correct loading for in‑flight use.
• Inspect Shower Spa and lavatory cleanliness before boarding and place amenity items.
• Clean the Shower Spa after each use following the CSA Checklist.
• Personalise the Shower Spa for each reservation using the Shower Spa Reservations System.
• Monitor the reservation schedule and advise the Purser of any delays.
• Maintain clean lavatories and cabin areas, completing the CSA Checklist regularly.
• Perform cabin tidy duties in all passenger and social areas.
• Report any defects, unusual noises, smells or safety concerns to the Purser immediately.
• Report for duty on time, adhere to uniform regulations and follow the chain of command.

Required profile

• Ability to work in an aircraft cabin environment and follow safety procedures.
• Willingness to report defects and safety issues promptly.
• Commitment to punctuality, uniform standards and respect for the crew hierarchy.
