About the role
The CAD Plumbing Engineer will work on‑site in Dubai, creating detailed plumbing and piping layouts, drawings, and 3D models using CAD software. The role supports engineering and construction teams by ensuring designs meet project specifications and local building codes.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and update plumbing and pipe system drawings and 3D models in accordance with project specifications and UAE codes.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, and installation teams to resolve design queries and incorporate design changes.
Required profile
- Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of plumbing materials, fittings, layout best practices, and maintenance/repair considerations.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD or similar) for plumbing and piping design.
- Experience in plumbing and pipe system design, including familiarity with relevant building codes and standards in Dubai/UAE.
