Call Center Agent - Corporate

About the role

The Call Center Agent will be the first point of contact for our corporate customers, shaping their initial impression of the company. You will handle inbound calls, provide information, and ensure a professional and courteous experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Maintain a high standard of telephone etiquette and professionalism.
• Adapt communication style to suit different personality types and customer needs.
• Document interactions and follow up on unresolved issues as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Call Center agent or in a similar customer‑facing role in the UAE.
• Full English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and manage time effectively.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Required skills

• Intermediate computer literacy, especially MS Office.
