About the role
The Guest Experience Expert in our Call Center (CID) provides memorable, high-touch service to guests throughout their stay at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal. Working full-time on the front line, you will handle guest inquiries, process operational requests and share local insights, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s Gold Standards.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound guest calls and respond to inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Process operational needs such as reservations, cancellations, and service requests.
- Document guest interactions and complete required reports.
- Provide local area information and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment and adhere to company policies and confidentiality standards.
- Handle physical tasks such as moving items up to 10 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- No prior work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
