About the role
We are looking for a motivated Call Centre Agent to join our team on a six‑month contract. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance through multiple communication channels and ensuring a positive experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and complaints via phone, live chat, WhatsApp and email.
- Address inquiries, concerns and complaints with empathy and accuracy.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional support.
- Follow up with customers to confirm resolution of issues.
- Accurately document interactions, feedback and complaints.
- Provide correct information about products, services and promotions.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen and respond empathetically.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to resolving issues.
