About the role
We are looking for a Call Centre Executive focused on lead generation to support our sales team at a leading UAE automotive brand. The role involves outbound calling, qualifying prospects, and scheduling showroom visits.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Qualify inquiries and schedule showroom visits or callbacks.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow‑up activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for outreach and conversions.
Required profile
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a call centre or telesales role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Experience in the automotive or real estate industry is an advantage.
- Energetic, confident, and target‑focused.
