Camp Boss – Facility & Accommodation Manager

About the role

The Camp Boss is responsible for the overall management and administration of employee accommodation facilities, ensuring the welfare, safety, and comfort of camp residents. This role oversees all aspects of camp operations, including housekeeping, catering, maintenance, security, transportation, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of labor camps and staff accommodation, maintaining clean and safe environments.
• Maintain occupancy records, room allocations, and coordinate check‑in/check‑out procedures.
• Allocate rooms according to company policies and conduct regular inspections to uphold standards.
• Supervise catering contractors, ensure meal quality, hygiene, and timely service.
• Oversee housekeeping staff and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring utilities are fully operational.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, local labor accommodation regulations, and conduct health and safety inspections.
• Coordinate security personnel to maintain camp safety and enforce rules.
• Arrange transportation schedules between camps and work sites, monitoring vehicle utilization.
• Prepare operational reports, maintain inspection and incident records, and track camp‑related expenses.
• Liaise with HR, Administration, Operations, and HSE departments on camp matters.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Facility Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing employee accommodation, labor camps, or similar facilities.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and local labor accommodation regulations.
