Campaign Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Campaign Data Analyst to support the planning, execution and performance measurement of marketing campaigns across the United Arab Emirates. The role will extract, analyse and prepare customer data, ensure audience accuracy and deliver insightful reporting to drive campaign effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Extract, manipulate and analyse data using SQL to build audience lists, segment customers and track campaign performance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Excel and Power BI to monitor key metrics such as conversion, response and retention rates.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Loyalty and Digital teams to support campaign execution and customer engagement initiatives.
• Validate audience data, perform reconciliation and quality‑assurance checks before and after campaign deployment.
• Conduct A/B testing analysis and provide recommendations for optimisation.
• Assist in automating recurring reporting and campaign processes using Python or other tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in data analysis, CRM analytics or marketing campaign operations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Proven experience working with CRM, loyalty and campaign management platforms.

Required skills

• SQL for data extraction and audience creation.
• Advanced Excel (PivotTables, Power Query, lookups).
• Power BI for dashboard development and data visualisation.
• CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
• Microsoft Fabric and Azure cloud data environments.
• Python for data analysis and reporting automation.
