Campaign Manager

About the role

Campaign Managers are at the centre of Clipster's day‑to‑day operations, owning campaigns from the first client conversation through planning, launch, optimisation and reporting. You will guide clients on strategy, creator selection and content direction while ensuring high‑quality execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end campaign planning, setup, launch, execution, optimisation and reporting.
• Advise clients on structuring campaigns for maximum impact and translate goals into clear briefs and creator requirements.
• Coordinate with clients and creators to keep deliverables on track and monitor performance, making proactive adjustments.
• Maintain regular client communication, ensuring no client feels forgotten.
• Analyse performance data and provide insights and recommendations.
• Drive creator participation, output, retention and overall campaign experience.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface feedback and improve platform workflows.
• Help refine team processes, templates and reporting as the company scales.

Required profile

• 3+ years in campaign management, account management, digital marketing, advertising or a similar client‑facing role.
• Experience in creator/influencer marketing, social media or agency environments, working directly with brands or agencies.
• Proven ability to own campaigns from start to finish and deliver results.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High ownership, proactivity and comfort in fast‑moving environments.
