Cargo Sales Representative

About the role

The Cargo Sales Representative will develop and maintain relationships with cargo agents, customers and industry stakeholders in the assigned region, driving new business opportunities and supporting the airline's cargo sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with cargo agents and customers while identifying new business opportunities.
• Support cargo sales activities to achieve volume, revenue and yield targets through effective account management and market development.
• Analyze market demand, competitor activity and pricing to uncover growth opportunities.
• Implement cargo pricing strategies, including spot rates, promotional offers and market‑specific pricing.
• Monitor sales performance, revenue, yield, load factor and profitability, preparing analyses and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Collaborate with Pricing and Revenue Management teams to evaluate market conditions and support pricing decisions.
• Conduct regular customer and agent visits and contribute to regional commercial strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Logistics, Aviation Management or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in airline cargo, logistics, cargo sales, pricing or revenue management.
• Good command of English; Arabic or other regional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, Power Query and advanced formulas.
• Experience creating dashboards and reports in Power BI.
