Cashier – Food & Beverage

About the role

We are seeking a customer‑focused Cashier for our Food & Beverage team in Ras Al Khaimah. The role involves handling orders, processing payments and ensuring a smooth front‑of‑house experience in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and accurately take food and beverage orders.
• Process cash, card and digital payments using the POS system.
• Enter orders into the system and relay them to the kitchen.
• Upsell menu items, beverages and special offers.
• Pack and hand over takeaway and delivery orders.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.
• Handle basic customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter and front‑of‑house area.
• Balance the cash drawer and complete end‑of‑shift procedures.
• Support the team with additional front‑of‑house duties as needed.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience as a cashier, order taker or food runner in the F&B industry.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Well‑groomed, reliable and a team player.
