Cashier - Food & Beverage

About the role

A customer-focused, reliable Cashier / Order Taker is sought for the Food & Beverage team in Ras Al Khaima. The ideal candidate has experience in cashiering, order-taking, POS operations and customer service in a fast-paced F&B setting.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately
• Process cash, card and digital payments using the POS system
• Enter orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen team
• Upsell menu items, beverages and special offers
• Pack and hand over takeaway and delivery orders, coordinating with the kitchen
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cashier counter and front-of-house area
• Follow food safety, hygiene and company policies
• Balance the cash drawer and complete end-of-shift procedures
• Support the team with other front-of-house duties

Required profile

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a Cashier, Order Taker or Food Runner in F&B
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays
