Kitchen Staff

About the role

A hospitality employer in the UAE is looking for dedicated Kitchen Staff to join its team. The position is full-time and open to UAE-based candidates only. The ideal candidate has experience in food preparation and kitchen operations, maintains hygiene standards and works efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and basic cooking activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
• Wash, peel, cut and prepare ingredients as required.
• Ensure proper storage of food items and kitchen supplies.
• Support chefs and senior kitchen staff during meal preparation.
• Follow food safety and company hygiene standards.
• Handle kitchen equipment and utensils safely and perform general kitchen duties.

Required profile

• Currently based in the UAE; previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, catering company or food service establishment is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety practices.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure, with a good attitude, discipline and willingness to learn.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
