About the role

AIG is reimagining how we help customers manage risk. Join us as a Casualty Underwriter and contribute to this transformation while growing your skills and experience as a valued team member.

Key responsibilities

Provide support and assistance to the team in underwriting, marketing, selling, and promoting all liability products.
Underwrite new business production and renewal retention sourced through brokers, direct clients, and business development managers.

Required profile

Maintain casualty underwriting principles in line with corporate guidelines and profit goals.
Develop strategic relationships with producers in GCC markets, especially Saudi Arabia.
Make sound underwriting decisions, price risks appropriately, and monitor renewal loss ratios.
Identify and address poor‑performing accounts while maintaining broker and client relationships.
