CD Excellence Executive Internship – Dubai

About the role

This internship supports the design, coordination and delivery of training and development initiatives across Unilever in the UAE. You will help enhance employee skills while gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving corporate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating training sessions and workshops.
• Support the creation of training materials, presentations and digital content.
• Track participation, completion rates and maintain training records in Excel and SharePoint.
• Help analyse training results and feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Communicate training schedules and updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and comfort managing data.
• Willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous internship or exposure to learning & development, HR or sales capability building is a plus.
