Chain Store Operations Manager / Restaurant Franchise Director

About the role

We are looking for a Chain Store Operations Manager / Restaurant Franchise Director to lead multi‑unit operations, franchise performance and customer experience across the United Arab Emirates. The role is fully remote and part‑time, ideal for an experienced professional who can turn strategic goals into measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑unit operational strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Monitor sales, profitability, labor productivity, inventory and other KPIs.
• Ensure consistent brand, service, food quality, safety and operational standards.
• Manage franchise partner relationships, provide guidance and performance reviews.
• Identify under‑performing locations and implement improvement actions.
• Support new store openings, relocations, renovations and market expansion.
• Collaborate with finance on budgets, forecasts and margins.
• Work with marketing on promotions, local campaigns and customer engagement.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in chain‑store operations, restaurant management, retail, hospitality or franchise operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Strong understanding of multi‑unit operations, franchise models and operational KPIs.
• Proven ability to manage franchise relationships and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English and comfortable working independently.
