About the role

The Chair of the Leasing Company will lead strategic planning, operational management, and business development across multiple regions, focusing on natural gas, asset management, and innovative leasing models. This senior executive role reports directly to the board and drives both market expansion and technology advancement.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate medium‑ and long‑term development strategies, defining key markets and growth paths for natural gas and asset management.
• Coordinate business expansion across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Central Asia, balancing market and technology development.
• Design and implement innovative business models such as asset leasing, shared services, and solution design.
• Oversee overall operating results, including orders, revenue, profit, cash flow, and return on assets.
• Establish a closed‑loop operation chain from design coordination to contract management, project delivery, and asset operation.
• Optimize cost elements—engineering, equipment procurement, subcontracting—to ensure profitability and cost control.
• Build four core capabilities: technology & solutions, business & contracts, engineering & delivery, and regional market & customer management.
• Promote coordination among business divisions, project management, and solutions promotion departments.
• Develop an international, cross‑regional talent pool and foster a collaborative culture.
• Lead major group projects, managing cost, quality, schedule, safety, and compliance.
• Maintain relationships with governments, large energy companies, and strategic partners.

Required profile

• Extensive senior‑level experience (minimum 15 years) in energy, asset management, or leasing sectors.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, multi‑regional business development, and profit‑center management.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to build and coordinate cross‑functional, multicultural teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation in business models and operational processes.
