Channel Executive

About the role

The Channel Executive is responsible for executing the sales strategy, managing reseller relationships and driving market share growth in Dubai. The role works closely with the marketing team and partners to deliver revenue targets while monitoring competitor activity.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the channel strategy and roadmap for the assigned service/product line in coordination with the manager.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing channel partners and clients to expand sales in the Dubai territory.
• Build and maintain a solid channel/customer database, analyse data and report on key metrics.
• Conduct market research through visits to existing and potential customers and recommend new product or service opportunities.
• Handle the full sales cycle from quotation to collection, track credit performance and escalate payment issues.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and periodic reports aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate targeted marketing programmes with the marketing team and monitor progress.
• Utilise Salesforce.com CRM for lead, opportunity and deal registration management to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in cloud solutions, with exposure to Google Cloud.
• Experience working with distributors or system integrators and managing partner enablement.
• Strong relationship‑building skills across the Gulf region.

Required skills

• Salesforce.com CRM for lead and opportunity management.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud services.
