Charge Nurse – Discovery Gardens Clinic

About the role

Al-Futtaim Health is looking for an experienced Charge Nurse to lead the nursing team at its state‑of‑the‑art clinic in Discovery Gardens, Dubai. The role combines clinical expertise with leadership to ensure high‑quality patient care and smooth clinic operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of 8–15 nursing staff, overseeing daily clinical activities.
• Delegate assignments, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care across acute and chronic conditions.
• Serve as liaison among multidisciplinary teams to support seamless patient journeys.
• Uphold infection control, medication safety and confidentiality protocols.
• Drive continuous improvement, staff development and best‑practice implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• DHA licence (or eligibility) as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS certification (mandatory); ACLS/PALS a plus.
• Fluent in English; Arabic advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years RN experience in a clinical setting.
• At least 2 years experience in a charge or nursing leadership role, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong computer literacy and comfort with digital health systems.
