Charge Nurse – Healthhub, Jumeirah Village Circle

About the role

Al-Futtaim Health is looking for an experienced Charge Nurse to lead a dynamic team at its state‑of‑the‑art Healthhub clinic in Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai. You will ensure high‑quality patient care while coordinating daily nursing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of 8–15 nursing staff, overseeing patient care and clinic workflow.
• Delegate assignments, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Act as liaison among multidisciplinary teams to support seamless patient journeys.
• Maintain infection control, medication safety, and confidentiality protocols.
• Drive continuous improvement, staff development, and best‑practice implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• DHA license (or eligibility) as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 5 years clinical nursing experience and at least 2 years in a charge or leadership role, preferably in the UAE.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong computer literacy and comfort with digital health systems.

Required skills

• BLS certification (mandatory).
• ACLS/PALS certification (plus).
• ECG interpretation.
• Spirometry testing.
• Wound care management.
• Immunization administration.
• IV drug administration.
• Proficiency with digital health systems and general computer use.
