Senior Project Manager – Healthcare Technology

About the role

Innovaccer is looking for a Senior Project Manager with deep expertise in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and large‑scale healthcare technology implementations. You will drive end‑to‑end delivery of multi‑million‑dollar solutions for enterprise clients across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or the United Arab Emirates.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle – scope, planning, risk, issue, communication, and integration management.
• Manage Agile delivery frameworks, scale processes, and facilitate ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and demos.
• Translate complex RCM and healthcare requirements into actionable plans, maintaining artifacts like charters, Gantt charts, and sprint plans.
• Track progress and report using Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence, and related tools.
• Proactively manage risks and issues, driving resolution with stakeholders.
• Prepare governance reports, OKRs, KPIs, and executive dashboards.
• Coordinate product, engineering, infrastructure, and client teams to ensure seamless delivery and post‑go‑live support.

Required profile

• 7+ years of project management experience in healthcare technology.
• 3+ years of business analysis experience.
• Proven expertise in RCM workflows, payer‑provider integrations, and value‑based care models.
• Hands‑on experience with large EHR implementations (e.g., Epic, Cerner).
• Strong stakeholder management and customer‑facing skills.
• Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred; Arabic fluency required.
