Chartered Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a Chartered Accountant to join Hidayet Trading LLC in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing vendor payments, ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and supporting the group’s financial closing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Handle various vendors and reconcile data before processing service charge payments
• Maintain monthly compliance records and reports for multiple countries
• Audit, control, and review all group expenses prior to payment
• Ensure monthly book closing for all entities across locations
• Prepare cash and bank balance positions to plan and minimize cash across locations
• Develop internal controls for all locations
• Assist in developing business processes to capture financial data for timely and accurate accounting and reporting
• Set up chart of accounts aligned with short‑term financial reporting and medium‑term managerial accounting goals
• Support management in establishing accounting processes for proper tax bookkeeping and filing
• Reconcile data between internal systems and vendor systems
• Prepare monthly management reports such as profitability, cash flows, and reconciliations
• Ensure proper tax filing as directed by management
• Provide necessary documents to UAE banks for timely crediting of fund inflows

Required profile

• Willingness to travel on an as‑needed basis
• Hardworking, team‑oriented, with high attention to detail
• Available to join as soon as possible
• Experience in the BPO industry (e.g., Genpact, Accenture)
• Currently based in Dubai, preferably in a consulting firm
• Proficient in handling large data sets
