Chat Support Agent (Arabic Speakers)

About the role

We are looking for an Arabic‑speaking Chat Support Agent to join our e‑commerce team in Dubai. You will handle customer inquiries across multiple digital channels and ensure a smooth, satisfying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via email, live chat, WhatsApp and social media promptly and professionally.
• Manage concerns related to orders, deliveries, cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds.
• Provide accurate information on products, promotions and company policies.
• Track and update cases using CRM or ticketing systems.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback.
• Achieve defined KPIs such as response time, resolution time, satisfaction and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of customer‑service experience, preferably in e‑commerce or retail.
• Excellent written English communication.
• Strong typing speed and ability to multitask.
• Experience with CRM or ticketing platforms.
• Good problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment handling multiple interactions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
