About the role
The Doubletree by Hilton Fujairah City is looking for a Chef de Partie. The role goes beyond preparing dishes: it spreads hospitality by delivering memorable experiences for every guest. The hotel describes its core values as a guide for team members.
Key responsibilities
- Season, cook and test dishes according to standard recipes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation
- Oversee line cooks and support them when senior chefs are absent so operations run smoothly and efficiently
- Keep work areas clean, tidy and free of cross-contamination
- Monitor ingredient quality, storage and stock rotation
- Contribute to controlling food costs, improving gross profit margins and meeting departmental financial targets
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations
