About the role
The Chef de Partie will work alongside the restaurant chef to manage all kitchen activities at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort. This role ensures a safe, efficient, and profitable operation while upholding the brand’s culinary standards.
Key responsibilities
- Organise daily kitchen operations and maintain smooth workflow.
- Support development of restaurant cuisine concepts and standards.
- Monitor local market trends and supplier offerings; recommend seasonal menu changes.
- Follow Minor Hotels food preparation and presentation guidelines.
- Ensure food safety, proper storage, rotation, and sanitation practices.
- Maintain outlet safety and manage kitchen assets.
- Provide training and resources to team members.
- Foster positive inter‑departmental communication.
- Undertake related duties and special projects as assigned.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Familiarity with local market and supplier landscape.
- Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
