Chief Analyst – Ease of Doing Business

About the role

We are seeking a Chief Analyst to lead regulatory and policy initiatives that enhance Abu Dhabi’s business environment. In this senior position you will evaluate the impact of regulations, design performance metrics, and deliver data‑driven recommendations to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing regulatory frameworks and licensing processes to pinpoint optimisation opportunities.
• Develop, implement and maintain KPI frameworks that monitor regulatory performance.
• Conduct benchmarking studies against leading global jurisdictions.
• Prepare high‑quality reports and presentations for senior executives.
• Support cross‑entity coordination for policy implementation.
• Use data analytics to identify trends, risks and areas for improvement.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in management consulting, preferably with a Big 4 firm and public‑sector exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Public Policy, Business, Finance or a related discipline.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
