Chief Analyst – IT Governance & Quality Assurance

About the role

The Chief Analyst – IT Governance & Quality Assurance will lead enterprise‑wide technology quality governance, defining standards, overseeing audit programmes and driving maturity improvements across the organisation’s digital services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technology‑quality policies, frameworks and KPIs aligned with governance, risk and compliance mandates.
• Plan, execute and report on internal and external quality audits, presenting findings to senior leadership.
• Monitor application governance from development through retirement, issuing compliance reports and corrective‑action plans.
• Maintain quality‑information dashboards and statutory reports to ensure timely KPI visibility.
• Provide expert advice to business units, vendors and audit teams, ensuring rapid issue resolution within SLAs.
• Analyse audit trends, recommend process redesigns and tool enhancements to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Deliver training and workshops to build internal audit capability and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Transport Planning, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 3 years of experience with a Master’s degree or 5 years with a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• Proven experience in IT governance, risk management, audit or business continuity.

• Risk Management, Audit, COSO, Governance of Enterprise IT.
• ICA Specialist Certificate in Corporate Governance.
