Chief Business Officer – Regulated Digital Asset Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Business Officer to lead global commercial strategy and revenue growth for a fast‑growing, VC‑backed digital‑asset infrastructure company headquartered in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Own global revenue and commercial performance, defining market priorities and regional growth plans across MENA, Africa and Southeast Asia.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategy, including customer segmentation, pricing, and scalable sales processes.
• Build, recruit and lead an international commercial team, introducing regional leadership as the business scales.
• Partner with Solutions Engineering to support complex enterprise sales and lead strategic negotiations with banks, fintechs and enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Executive Leadership to ensure commercial feedback influences product development and new launches.

Required profile

• 10+ years of commercial leadership experience in fintech, payments, financial infrastructure or digital assets.
• Proven success building and scaling international enterprise sales teams.
• Strong understanding of regulated financial services environments and API‑based financial infrastructure.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑growing, entrepreneurial environment.

Required skills

• Experience selling complex B2B solutions to financial institutions.
